COMPANY PROFILE

RCR MARKETING & SERVICES PHILIPPINES is a single proprietorship company duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The company was established sometime in November 2005 as a trading company selling fire protection, communication and safety equipment and gadgets. Included in the business are services mainly on the installation of the supplied equipment and gadgets.

 

In 2015, the company expanded and ventured into manufacturing fire extinguishers with the brand name FIREPROTEK.

 

The company's main office is located at Gemini Bldg. M. J. Cuenco Ave., Cebu City.

DEPARTMENTS

The company is set up into three departments:

1. Marketing & Trading Department which undertakes the marketing of traded and manufactured products. It is composed of telemarketers and direct selling representatives who also take care of customer service. 

2. Manufacturing department which undertakes the manufacturing of fire extinguishers (FIREPROTEK Brand), fire hose cabinets, fire extinguisher boxes and other accessories related to fire protection equipment and gadgets.

3.Technical Department which undertakes the installation of the supplied equipment and gadgets focusing on Fire Protection, Security and Communication Systems.

QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

RCR MARKETING & SERVICES PHILS. aims to become a competitive firm in the fire extinguisher and firefighting industry in the Philippines. In support to this objective we commit:

  1. To ensure that our products and services consistently conform to the requirements of the relevant standards.

  2. To achieve high level of customer satisfaction as this is an edge for marketability and competitiveness where the major contributing factor is the supply of products and services with an assured level of quality at all times.

To safeguard the welfare of all members of our organization by upgrading their skills through training and providing them with adequate benefits, healthy working condition, safety, teamwork and mutual trust to exist in our work environment and experience opportunities for professionalism and personal growth in an organization that is united in purpose and action.

  5. To have continual improvements and effectiveness of our Quality Management System at all levels of the organization based on ISO 9001:2015 and product compliance to PNS 15:1989, part 1 and 1996, Part 5, at optimum cost with consistent quality performance of safety and reliability to give our clients the best we can attain with our resources.

  6. To adhere to all regulatory and statutory requirements as part and parcel of our continuing effort of excellence in the industry.

We shall also work to contribute and cooperate with the government in its environmental programs.
